Mark Richards

Mark Richards is a Partner and Regional Head of the Energy, Environment & Infrastructure team at BCLP, with extensive experience in providing multi-disciplinary advice to public and private sector clients. Mark works on a wide range of high value, innovative and complex infrastructure projects and has been involved in some of the highest profile infrastructure deals, most recently advising the preferred bidder consortium on the first Direct Procurement for Customers (DPC) water infrastructure finance transaction to close in the UK.
