Kevin Hawkins

An experienced PPP/PFI specialist with over 20 years’ experience gained working across a wide variety of public infrastructure projects, both in construction and operations. 

After a first career as a Manufacturing Engineer in the motor industry, Kevin joined G4S in 2002 as FM Mobilisation Manager working on hospital PFI’s in Oxford. 2007 brought a move to Amber Infrastructure and a switch to SPV management services delivery on a 42 school PFI in Northampton. After a short stint with Bouygues, Kevin arrived at Kajima Partnerships in 2013, undertaking several roles across their PPP portfolio in the following years. Kevin took overall responsibility for Kajima’s SPV management team in 2018 and in 2024 joined the board as Operations Director and Head of Social Infrastructure. 

He now heads up the company’s operational and social infrastructure activities, focussing on new PPP business, secondary market acquisitions and overseeing operational asset management across the business and its subsidiaries as it prepares for expiry and handback.
