Kerry Alexander

Kerry is the Director for Infrastructure Finance and Programmes at Scottish Futures Trust. She joined SFT in 2012 from a professional services firm and has over 20 years' experience advising on public private partnership structures. 

Kerry leads the SFT PPP team supporting Scotland's operational PPP contracts and PPP Expiry Programme as well as SFT's work on the design and delivery of new investment approaches using a mix of public funding and private financing levers. Her responsibilities also include SFT's work in infrastructure investment routes for the learning estate and decarbonisation of heat in buildings, public charging infrastructure for EVs and mobile connectivity infrastructure.
